- 10% fee for property portfolios with less than 5 properties
- 8% fee for property portfolios with 5 properties or more

One time Setup Fee (Waiver available under certain circumstances)
- A one-time fee of $200.00 for new property owners.
- A one-time setup fee is charged for each property in the portfolio, with a fee of $50.00 if the property is currently vacant and a fee of $100.00 if it is currently occupied by a tenant.
